What is ID.me?

ID.me is a third-party digital identity network that securely allows individuals to prove their identity online. With their next-generation technology, we are able to partner with them to offer exclusive discounts to some of their communities – Nurses, Healthcare Workers, First Responders, Military, Teachers and Students!

What are ID.me communities?

ID.me has a wide variety of communities, including First Responders, Military, Teachers and Healthcare Workers. Head over to their website to discover all their communities: https://www.id.me/

How do I verify?

Verification is quick and easy! Click on the “Verify with ID.me” button in the 7-Eleven® app under Profile > Community Discounts > ‘Verify with ID.me’. Follow the steps, answer a few questions, submit verification, await confirmation from ID.me and then start saving!

  • Log in to your ID.me account or create an account if you don’t have one

  • If it is a new account, verify your email, return to the 7-Eleven® app and click “Begin”

  • Answer the questions 

  • Confirm shared information

  • Upload documentation if necessary

  • Wait for ID.me to process your request

  • Once they process your request, you are all done! Start enjoying your exclusive fuel discount at 7-Eleven 

What happens when I verify my status?

In-app:

When verifying through the app (Profile > Community Discounts > ‘Verify with ID.me’), once verification is complete, the community you are identified with will be marked as “verified” and you will begin receiving discounts and exclusive offers from us! 

How does the extra discount work with ID.me?

Depending on which community you are identified within, you will receive an additional discount! With these additional discounts, your fuel savings will STACK with all other offers! For example, your community discount will stack with our everyday discount to allow you to save even more every fill up! 

What if I belong to more than one community?

If you belong to more than one community, the community that provides the greatest base discount will be applied.
