7-Eleven team members have always been there for their community, and this past holiday season, they proved that nothing (not even a pandemic) can stop them from lending a hand.
Equipped with masks and gloves, employees headed over to Minnie's Food Pantry, which has been feeding hungry North Texas locals for over 13 years, especially those in the BIPOC community.
While the non-profit shut the door on volunteering back in March 2020, Minnies recently allowed them back. The first group volunteering was none other than one of our 7-Eleven teams. The end result? 4,000 boxes packed up - all in one day!
"It just speaks to the brand" said Minnies founder, Cheryl Jackson, remembering the campaign slogan "Oh, Thank Heaven for 7-Eleven!"
